Me
Heather Wood is an intuition expert, behavior strategist, and proud bullshit-caller of the wellness world. She’s the co-founder and co-host of The Intuitive Girls Guide Podcast, which has racked up over 400,000 streams across 20 countries, from listeners who are tired of fluffy advice and just want the truth about intuition, human behavior, and how to live with integrity.
She is also a personal revolution guide and educator that has helped more than 10,000 people build intuitive strategies for their lives; strategies that actually work in the real world, not just on vision boards. Heather has taken her work on the road too, speaking at universities, conferences, and festivals around the U.S. with the same mix of humor, honesty, and “let’s cut the crap” energy that defines her brand.
For more than a decade she’s been writing, currently through The Guide, sharing personal essays, research, and straight-talking wisdom with readers who are done with spiritual elitism. Between her writing and social media presence, more than 40,000 people connect with her daily.
Known as the relatable misfit, Heather bridges two worlds most people assume can’t coexist… deep intuition and hard data. She’s as passionate about dismantling misinformation in the intuitive industry as she is about helping people rebuild trust in themselves. Because to her, real power isn’t found in a crystal ball, it’s found in remembering who you were before someone told you to tone it down.
