The Phases

Reclamation:
How does your inner world operate? Reconnecting to your own operating system is what real, grounded intuition looks like. Learning to plug back into your own desires and trusting where it leads you is a game changer. Learning to listen to your fears in a different way will take you to the next level. Your desire and fear are meant to work together not fight against each other.

What conditions do you need to operate optimally? What are you passionate about? What sparks your creativity? What unique energy do you give to the world? Knowing these things is what real intuition looks like, no crystal ball required. It’s time to reclaim the real you.

Reinvention:

You are meant to change and grow. You aren’t the same version of yourself that you once were and that’s a great thing. You are not the same version of yourself that you were last year…6 months ago…Hell, you might not even be the same version you were last week. You are a cyclical being and you are meant to take many journeys and become many different iterations of yourself.

And while change is never easy, it doesn’t have to be so hard. It’s all about embracing the process. What beliefs do you have that are holding you back from being the next kick ass version of yourself? How can you shift them lovingly and free yourself to be the ever evolving baddie you weren’t to be?

Deconditioning:

Patriarchy has taught you to live by a doctrine of fear and the toxic principal of self-worth. It’s time to uncover the conditioning, both for how you see the world and how you believe you are “supposed to” move through it. Decentering patriarchy from your life is crucial for allowing you to operate the way you were meant to.

What if you didn’t have to earn everything? What if you decided that your worth is not based on everyone else’s opinion of you? It’s time to disrupt those narratives that no longer serve you. Imagine the power of calling that energy back? Imagine the paradigm shift of powerful women releasing the hold patriarchy has?

Rebellion:
Being a woman who is free to be herself, embraces her uniqueness, continues to grow and knows how to reinvent herself, and who has deconditioned and decentered the patriarchy…. just existing in this way is an act of rebellion.

By refusing to be invisible, using your voice and sharing who you are with the world…. that is a wild and powerful act of rebellion and exactly what the world needs.
